In-Home delivery and set-up is included (within the continental United States only). Standard, Pillow-Top, and our Latex mattresses perform equally well. Optional Headboard includes brackets and is 46' tall. In the flat position, the top of the base is 14.5' H with approximately 7' of clearance under the base.
